The service

ReviewsBoost provides a page that asks your guests for a Google review, an optional game with your prizes, a QR card to print and a merchant area.

Plans and limits

The Free plan includes 50 plays in total, once and with no monthly reset. Paid plans and their prices are those in the Pricing section of the home page.

The price does not depend on reviews

No price, limit or counter depends on the number of reviews, their rating or clicks on the review link.

The “Skip” button

“Skip” shows by default. If you hide it, the game becomes a reward for the review, which Google bans: your reviews may be removed and your listing may get a warning. By hiding “Skip”, you accept this risk.

Your commitments

You ask all your guests for a review in the same way. You set no review quotas for staff and name no prize in the review request.

Payment

Paid plans are billed as a subscription, in Swiss francs and excluding VAT: CHF 39 a month or CHF 390 a year for one venue, then CHF 29 a month or CHF 290 a year for each venue from 2 venues. You choose monthly or yearly billing when you subscribe; to change it later, write to contact@akson.ch. A venue you add is billed pro rata for the current period; you remove a venue under “Manage subscription”.

Payment is made online on the payment page of Stripe, our payment provider. ReviewsBoost neither receives nor stores your card details.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You cancel at any time under “Manage subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep the Pro plan until that date, then your account moves to the Free plan. Periods already paid are not refunded.

If a payment fails, the Pro plan stays active while Stripe retries the charge, and a warning shows in your area. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan.

On the Free plan, the 50 free plays are counted once for the account, with no reset. Nothing is charged without your action: the Pro plan starts only with a payment you start.

VAT is added to the price on the payment page, calculated by Stripe Tax from your billing address. You can enter your company’s VAT number there. Your invoices are available under “Manage subscription”.

Your price does not change while your subscription stays active. A new price applies only to new subscriptions.

Liability

Akson Group Sàrl is always liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, indirect damage and lost profit, its liability is excluded as far as the law allows. Mandatory rules of law stay reserved.

Ending the service

You can stop using ReviewsBoost at any time. We can also stop the service. When it ends, you can delete your account and data yourself in the settings, or ask for your data to be exported or deleted at contact@akson.ch. Deleting your account closes it at once and deletes your data for good within 30 days. Until then, it can be restored on request at contact@akson.ch. A Pro subscription is cancelled at the end of the period already paid: it does not renew, and that period is not refunded.

Changes

These terms may change. We announce any change in the merchant area 30 days before it takes effect.

Governing law and courts

Swiss law applies. The courts at the registered seat of Akson Group Sàrl, in Lausanne, have jurisdiction, except where the law sets a mandatory venue.
